The TT-H02 features an assembled design, allowing you to adjust the length to cover your specific range of stoves and fryers. This flexibility ensures proper coverage for smoke capture without requiring expensive custom fabrication.

Constructed from AISI 201 stainless steel, this hood resists corrosion from daily exposure to steam and oil. For kitchens in high-humidity coastal areas or those requiring stricter hygiene standards, an upgrade to AISI 304 is available. The smooth surface wipes down quickly after service, preventing grease buildup.

Effective filtration prevents grease from entering the ductwork, reducing fire risks. This model offers two types of silent oil nets. These filters trap airborne grease particles while allowing air to pass through quietly, maintaining a lower noise level in the kitchen so chefs can communicate clearly during service.

Since the motor is not included, you can select an exhaust fan that matches your specific airflow requirements and duct length. This separation allows you to install the motor remotely, such as on the roof or outdoors. Placing the motor outside the kitchen significantly reduces noise near the cooking station.
