1. Higher food safety level:

2. Stronger interface:

The strength of PU belt interface is 1.5-2times stronger than PVC bolts under the same thickness and cloth layer. Under the same conditions, the service life of PU belts is longer it is not easy to be damaged, and customer's replacement costs are reduced.

3. Overall belt oil resistance:

PU belt materials are oil-resistant. When exposed to various types of edible oil (including shortenings). the PU belts will not crack or delaminate. If PU belt damaged caused by machine operation such as edging and folding the problem of local cracking and delamination due to oil resistance will not occur.

4. Stain resistance:

White PVC belts will turn yellow during sunlight or long-term storage. Double-sided fiber PVCwill be dirty and cannot be wiped cleanly after contact with dirt. PU belts are easier to clean and will not be yellowing.

5. Normal service life:

Under the same environment and working conditions, the service life of PU belts is 1.5-2times longer than PVC belts.
