How to Operate Commercial Pizza Ovens
Whether you use electric pizza ovens, gas power pizza ovens or conveyor pizza ovens, the working principle is always the same. Here are some simple steps on how to use pizza ovens:
1. Clear the oven. Make sure the pizza stone or S/S chain is clean. This is the basic of baking, and indispensable to ensure that you bake hygienic, healthy, and delicious pizzas.
2. Always pre-heat the oven. Before you put the pizza dough and pie into the oven, let the oven heat for some time, and set the temperature to around 350°C.
3. When the oven reaches the set temperature, the next step depends on the type of oven you are using.
a. For deck pizza ovens: Open the door and put the pizza oven + pizza pie inside, be careful while operating as the temperature inside is very high. It’s advisable to use a pizza tool and wear long-sleeve clothes.
b. For conveyor pizza ovens: Put the pizza oven and pizza pie from one side, and adjust the transmission speed to adequate time.
4. Wait for 4-5 minutes, and your delicious and perfect pizza is done.

Only if they are broken by non-human reason, during this period, we will send you free spare parts for replacement, depending on the buyer bearing the international delivery cost. Delivery takes about 25-30 working days. When the machine is finished, our QC department checks the performance and appearance and tests every machine for at least 2 days, ensuring that all equipment is impeccable when our customers receive them.
