Each heating zone offers three distinct power levels: 3.3kW, 1.65kW, and 0.825kW. Use high power to sear the meat surface rapidly during peak service hours. Switch to lower settings to cook the interior thoroughly without charring the outside, giving the chef precise control over the roasting pace.

The motor rotates the spit at a steady 2.5 revolutions per minute. This constant motion exposes every side of the meat to the heating elements, ensuring uniform doneness and preventing hot spots. The design supports meat stacks with a diameter of up to 400mm, accommodating substantial daily servings.

The all-stainless steel housing withstands the high temperatures and grease exposure common in shawarma preparation. Oil and food residue wipe away easily from the smooth metal surfaces, maintaining hygiene standards. The 34kg net weight ensures the machine remains stable on the countertop during slicing.
