The BF-650 employs a side-sealing blade that processes items of unlimited length. This configuration handles long food products like baguettes, celery stalks, or stacked multipacks. The conveyor moves items past the blade at 15 meters per minute, creating a secure side seal without pausing for individual cuts, which maintains momentum on the production line.
High-Power Thermal Circulation
The BS6530LN tunnel uses 15KW of power to circulate hot air evenly across the 1600mm chamber. This consistent heat shrinks PVC, POF, or PP films tightly around irregular shapes, such as whole chickens or vegetable baskets. The uniform airflow prevents hot spots, ensuring the film shrinks smoothly without melting or tearing the plastic.
Heavy-Duty Conveyor System
Designed for bulk operations, the conveyor supports loads up to 30kg. It transports heavy crates of beverages or large cuts of meat through the heat tunnel with stability. Operators adjust the speed between 0 and 10 meters per minute to synchronize with the sealing unit, allowing precise control over heat exposure based on the film thickness.
Broad Dimensional Capacity
The system accommodates packages up to 650mm wide and 220mm high. This clearance fits standard catering trays, pizza boxes, and large produce crates. The adjustable guides align these items correctly before they enter the tunnel, reducing the risk of jams or misalignment during high-volume shifts.
