Precise Temperature Management
The thermostat regulates heat between 50°C and 200°C. Operators can set the exact temperature required for frying dough, avoiding burnt exteriors or undercooked centers. Accurate thermal control extends the lifespan of the frying oil by preventing overheating during idle times.
Stainless Steel Construction
Built entirely from #201 stainless steel, the frame and food contact zones resist rust and corrosion in humid kitchen environments. The integrated shelf structure supports the machine at a working height, providing stability during the cranking process and simplifying daily cleaning tasks.
